Cesar is president of Creative Concrete® He started the business in 2000 and has since grown the company to new heights. Cesar is also an accomplished professional photographer who enjoys photographing commercial advertising. Cesar takes that same creativity he has for photography and applies it to his concrete projects.

Rosy is office manager at Creative Concrete® She will most likely be your first contact at Creative Concrete ®. Rosy is supposed to stay at our office and answer the phones, but she always finds a way to go out and get her hands dirty. She is very knowledgeable about the different decorative concrete methods we have, and she can answer many questions you may have.
